Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If an item is not the size you ordered or is the incorrect item all together we will pay for the item to be exchanged as long as it is unopened. We do not usually refund on broken skateboards as we dont offer any guarantees. They are made in the USA and depending on your weight and what type of skating your doing the board will last accordingly.
